"Oh you don’t belong here, oh no. Your love runs way too high"
« Narrow Minded Fools » is the second track to be taken from Tahiti 80’s Lipstick Stains EP which lands in October via Human Sounds. This new set of songs was produced by the band themselves and mixed by Julian Simmons (A Girl Called Eddy, The Magic Gang.) Singer’s Xavier Boyer says the song came to him after « reading depressing articles in the news and feeling a strong desire to escape or disappear».
With its anthemic chorus and intricate melodies 'Narrow Minded Fools' evokes an updated version of Baroque Pop’s champions, The Zombies' « Odessey and Oracle ».
